Mesa Music Festival aims to spotlight emerging artists

The Mesa Music Festival is a free music and arts festival that brings emerging artists from around the country to perform in downtown Mesa.

Dawson Rutledge, a musician who has performed at the festival for the past two years, says the festival has helped to launch his career. Through the festival, Dawson was able to grow an audience, meet a producer and record an album.

The Mesa Music Festival runs from nov. 9 through Nov. 11 in downtown Mesa.
