‘City Gems’: Noble Bread

More from this show

Pay attention to your menu when you eat out, and you’ll see Noble Bread highlighted at restaurants throughout the Valley. Noble Bread is sold at many of the Valley farmers markets as well.

Owner and baker Jason Raducha is obsessed with bread and it shows: It takes 36 hours to make one loaf of bread.

“I thought in life that you had to work until you retired and then you could do what you want,” Raducha said. “How wrong I was. Work fills a large part of your life; if you are not having fun and loving what you do, quit today, go find it. Time is limited. I got by the motto my uncle told me: I don’t have any time for a bad time. Don’t settle.”
