Filmmaker and ASU Professor Peter Byck took his cameras to ranches across the country to talk to cattle farmers who are reinventing ranching in order to create more sustainable soil and grasslands. We spoke with Peter Byck about these “Carbon Cowboys” and how they’re changing the world, one cattle ranch at a time.
