To give you context on that, economists have to monetize value in order to be able to analyze a situation. Environmental goods have no market value. No one owns the environment. So providing value is the most fundamental concept in environmental economics … Coming to a consensus in economics as everyone knows is not that easy. He’s probably brought more consensuses to this than anyone ever thought possible. “
