Family Math workshop one-day event
January 4, 2025, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Early math skills are key to unlocking a brighter future for your child. Family Math workshops deliver trusted tools and resources in English and Spanish that help families with children ages 2 to 5 uncover the joy of math in everyday experiences.
Come play at an in-person Family Math workshop! Parents, educators and other adult family members are invited. Learn how to:
Find math everywhere.
Be a curious guide for your child.
Talk to your child about the math you are doing every day. Yes, you are doing math every day!
Create fun, hands-on learning opportunities for your child.
Receive a children’s book for each session topic completed.
All sessions are free, lunch is provided and you’ll receive a tour of Arizona PBS studios.
This public, community calendar provides opportunities for increased connection and conversation, information-sharing and education about topics and issues of common interest. While we act as a public square where divergent ideas and perspectives are welcomed, we can only provide a space for civil discourse at events we host. Events on the calendar are provided as informational only and may or may not reflect our commitment to our communities.
