Tucson Astronomy Festival
The 13th Annual Tucson Astronomy Festival will take place on Saturday, October 17th, 3pm – 9pm at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park, Ramada 1.
This free event, hosted by the Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association, will feature astronomy exhibits for all ages, safe solar telescopes for viewing the sun during the day, and telescopes in the evening for viewing the night sky.
Bring your own telescope, and we’ll help you learn how to use it. A door prize giveaway, including two telescopes, will start at 5:30pm.
This public, interactive community calendar is a reflection of the many communities across our state. While we act as a public square where divergent ideas and perspectives are welcomed, we can only provide a space for civil discourse at events we host. Events on the calendar are provided as informational only and may or may not reflect our commitment to our communities.
