Development Impact Fees

Governor Brewer signed a bill that regulates the impact fees cities charge home builders to help pay for growth-related infrastructure. Mesa Mayor Scott Smith and Spencer Kamps, Vice President of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, discuss the bill which represents a compromise between cities and developers.
