More from this show

Since 16 women came forward to accuse then-presidential nominee Donald Trump of sexual assault in 2016, a tidal wave of harassment victims have come forward to share their stories.

With more victims of sexual assault coming forward, attorney Gordon Lewis says its important to understand the laws surrounding harassment in the workplace. According to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, “Harassment can include “sexual harassment” or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature.”
