There are three Democrats who are seeking a seat on the Arizona Corporation Commission, the body that regulates utility rates and has many other vital functions. They are former commissioners Sandra Kennedy and William “Bill” Mundell and Kiana Maria Sears, a community advocate and a nonprofit community leader. The three will debate issues related to the job of corporation commissioner.
