Additional allegations of sexual misconduct by U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh have surfaced as the Republican majority tries to get him confirmed to the court. Constitutional expert Robert McWhirter and female personal injury lawyer from Knapp & Roberts, Dana Roberts discuss whether Kavanaugh can be impeached if he is appointed to the court and evidence of criminal conduct arises, as well as other issues related to Kavanaugh.
