New book on Ernest McFarland

Author and law professor Gary L. Stuart came out with a new book on Arizona legend Ernest McFarland, who served as a U.S. Senator, as it’s governor and as a justice on the state supreme court. McFarland was also known as the father of G.I. Bill. Stuart will discuss his new book “Call Him Mac: Ernest W. McFarland, the Arizona Years,” which was released October 16.

An all-female detective agency is on the case in 'Frankie Drake Mysteries'

Set in Toronto in the 1920s, a time when women could not become official police officers, the city's only all-female private detective agency takes on the cases the police don't dare touch. "Frankie Drake Mysteries" comes to Arizona PBS airs on Thursdays, starting April 9 at 8 p.m.
