Proposition 127 would amend Arizona’s constitution to require private utility companies to produce at least 50 percent of electricity from renewable resources by 2030. We hear from Matthew Benson, director of the consulting firm Veridus, who will speak against the measure, and DJ Quinlan, communications director for Clean Energy for a Healthy Arizona, who will speak in favor of the measure.
