“Penny proposal” education tax

Bills have been introduced by the chairs of the state Senate and House education committees to give voters a chance to approve a one-cent sales tax to fund education in our state. Sean McCarthy, Senior Research Analyst for the Arizona Tax Research Association will speak against the tax proposal.
