Arizona Department of Corrections Director Charles Ryan claims he did not know the severity of the problem and two retired Arizona Supreme Court Justices have been assigned to investigate the matter.  Dave Biscobing, the KNXV TV reporter who broke the story tells us about the latest in this developing story.
