Tucson vote on Sanctuary City

Tucson voters will decide next month on whether or not to designate Tucson as a sanctuary city. In anticipation of the vote, state representative John Kavanagh is planning a bill that would make sanctuary cities in Arizona liable for any harm or damage caused by undocumented immigrants who are released back into the community.
