The Chandler Center for the Arts is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. It was conceived by former mayor Jerry Brooks, who recently passed away, to improve economic development and quality of life in Chandler. We talk to the center’s general manager, Michelle MacLennan, about the center and plans for the future.
