Effects of COVID-19 on businesses across the Valley

The Phoenix City Council is reconsidering mayor Kate Gallego’s emergency declaration, that among other things, forced bars and restaurants to close and not allow customers to dine in. Local establishments and their employees are already seeing the effects as the economy in general continues to struggle.
