The Central Arizona Project celebrates 35 years

It would be difficult to over-estimate the importance of the Central Arizona Project to the state’s growth and development. This week, the CAP is celebrating 35-years of delivering Colorado river water to Arizona cities and farms. Ted Cooke is CAP’s general manager.
