The challenges people with disabilities face

The Arizona Horizon Town Halls are designed to give Arizonans more information about the things that impact your life during the COVID-19 pandemic. Every week, we’ll put your questions before lawmakers, other public officials and experts in a variety of fields.

A panel of experts join host Vanessa Ruiz to discuss some of the challenges facing people with disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. This week’s guests are:

• Sherri Collins, executive director of the Arizona Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
• Jeff Bernick, CEO for the Centers for Habilitation
• Ann Monahan, board president for the Arizona Autism Coalition
• Alice Loma, teacher at the Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired
