Legalization of marijuana debate

More from this show

If approved in November, Proposition 207 would legalize marijuana for those over 21. It would also require the state to develop regulations for the drug and creates a 16 percent tax on marijuana sales. Tonight’s debate is between former state lawmaker Chad Campbell,  Vice President of Strategies 360, who speaks in favor of the measure, and Yavapai County Attorney Sheila Polk, who is against the initiative.
