Congress and President Trump have agreed on a new North American Trade Agreement. USMCA will replace NAFTA. If ratified by Congress this new deal represents the largest single trade agreement for the U.S. Glenn Hamer, president and CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Todd Sanders, president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Chamber talk about what the pact could mean for Arizona.
