‘Neighborhood Roots’ web extra: Kaiserworks

The restaurants in the Garfield Historic District in Phoenix are partially responsible for the real estate rush happening there. But it also may have something to do with the style of houses. Christoph Kaiser, who helped design Welcome Diner, lives in the neighborhood, and agreed to give us a tour.
