Nobuo at Teeter House

After Nobuo Fukuda moved from Japan to the U.S, he did everything he could to ingrain himself in American society, even working on the Sunrise Ski Patrol for a while. Since then, Nobuo has become an award-winning chef, famous for his artistic Japanese dishes. We’ll take you inside the historic Teeter House in downtown Phoenix where Chef Fukuda gives us a taste of his famous omakase.
