Texas law could allow arrest of migrants suspected of illegally entering U.S.

A new Texas law allowing the arrest of migrants suspected of illegally entering the U.S. will remain on hold.
Senate Bill 4 would authorize Texas police to arrest those who enter America illegally and deport them to Mexico, regardless of their country of origin.
The Fifth Circuit affirmed the Texas District Court injunction, preventing the law from taking force.
The law will be headed to the Supreme Court of the United States. Stephen Montoya, an attorney at Montoya, Lucero, and Pastor, joined us to discuss the bill.
