National security implications of climate change

Lt. General Dirk Jameson served as Deputy Commander in Chief and Chief of Staff of U.S. Strategic Command before retiring from the U.S. Air Force in 1996. He visited Arizona to speak on the national security implications of climate change on both our military infrastructure and to global security and stability. We hear more from Lt. General Jameson about those topics.
