Free Arts of Arizona is the only non-profit organization in Arizona delivering creative and therapeutic arts programs, at no cost, to children ages 3 to 21 who have faced abuse, neglect and homelessness. Their mission is to transform children’s trauma into resilience through the arts. The organization was founded in 1993 and has helped tens of thousands of children. The director of Free Arts, Alicia Sutton Campbell and AJ, an alum, join Alberto Rios to talk about the organization.
