Bobby Q

Owner Bob Sikora has owned a number of restaurants in the Valley. He opened this location of Bobby Q’s in 2005, but he says he did a bit of barbecue research first. “I liked barbecue, and I never could find good barbecue. And I thought this was a great store to do BBQ. And that’s what I set off to do,” he said. He says he also likes to give his customers a little something extra, “some sort of ‘get a bag and fill it with something’ and I came up with the little miniature donuts. ”
