La Ristra serves New Mexican cuisine that honors the taste and traditions of New Mexico. It is a family-owned restaurant that uses recipes that have been passed down through the generations. Owner John Gabaldon said his customers have paid him the highest compliment. “One of the biggest surprises about owning a restaurant, specifically a New Mexican restaurant, is how many people absolutely love the New Mexican-style cuisine,” he said.
