Land development in Arizona has been haphazard in many areas. As growth in our state starts moving into Pinal County, state, county and local planners are looking to avoid that in a 275-square-mile area known as Superstition Vistas. State land director Mark Winkleman and land use attorney Grady Gammage sit down with Michael Grant to talk about planning for the area south of the East Valley and north of Florence.
