Each year, three local journalists’ join HORIZON to make predictions on major news events for the upcoming year, and to review their predictions for the passing year. Mark Flatten of the East Valley Tribune, Howard Fischer of Capitol Media Services and Doug MacEachern of the Arizona Republic have better records than most television prognosticators.
