All are participating in the Arizona State University Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication Humphrey Fellows program. Jean Claude Kabengera is the chief news editor for Radio/TV10 in Rwanda, Dina Zhansagimova of Kazakhstan is part of the BBC World Service’s Kazakh Section in London and Ivaylo Vezenkov has worked as television reporter, producer and presenter at Bulgaria’s largest private television channel.
