Arizona Governor Doug Ducey announced that he is seeking to renegotiate the gaming compacts approved by Arizona voters 15 years ago to allow expanded gaming at casinos but block future casinos in the Phoenix area. Arizona State University professor Robert Clinton of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law will discuss the issue.
