Juvenile Crime Plummets

Juvenile Crime rates have plummeted from 1980 to 2012, with violent crimes dropping 68 percent. We’ll hear from state representative Reginald Bolding, who has an expertise in criminal justice, will talk about the drop in juvenile crime.
