D-Backs, county clash over responsibility for Chase Field

A lawyer representing the Diamondbacks in a lawsuit over who should pay for repairs and renovations at Chase Field says Major League Baseball is so worried about the stadium that it may require the team to leave Phoenix. A spokesman for the league declined to comment on that. That is the latest in the battle over who is responsible for Chase Field, the county or the team.
