Veterans group to host Heroes Patriotic Luncheon in Phoenix

A local non-profit focused on providing healthcare to veterans is hosting its 15th annual luncheon this week, to honor servicemen and women living in Arizona.

Sam Young, vice president of the Veterans Medical Leadership Council, says the event is focused on celebrating veterans, and shines a light on those who served in the five major conflicts: World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Afghanistan War and the Iraq War.
