Corporation Commissioner Tobin discusses his clean energy plan

Arizona Corporation Commissioner Andy Tobin has a plan to help Arizona move more toward clean energy. His Arizona’s Energy Modernization Plan would seek to have Arizona’s economy powered by clean energy sources that make up 80 percent of the state’s electrical generation by 2050, with the ultimate goal of making that 100 percent. The plan sets up a framework for energy storage, policy, forest health and use of biomass fuels and energy efficiency, among other ideas. Tobin will discuss his plan.
