Census citizenship question could affect Arizona healthcare

The next census could include a question about citizenship and that might have big implications for states like Arizona. The concern is that many families won’t fill out the census at all which could result in large under counts in states with heavy immigrant populations. Census counts are used to determining how millions of federal dollars are allocated.
