One success story is emerging in Arizona’s largest metropolitan area thanks to the Clean Cities Coalition, which works to reduce the amount of petroleum used by vehicles. Reporter Shana Fischer is examining how ethanol gas-blends have led to a greater reduction of petroleum consumption in Phoenix than in Southern California and New York City combined.
