Phoenix citizens police review board

After weeks of controversy surrounding an arrest that included controversial actions by police officers, the Phoenix City Council will have a special meeting to consider the implementation of a citizens review board for police. We’ll hear more about that from Kevin Robinson,  a retired assistant Phoenix police chief and lecturer at the Arizona State University School of Criminology and Criminal Justice in the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions.
