Changes made to recreational marijuana ballot measure

The Arizona Legislative Council suggested changes to a ballot measure that would legalize recreational marijuana if approved in our state. Chief among the concerns are any potential conflicts with federal marijuana law. The council dealt with that and also suggested other changes, some minor such as grammatical revisions. We talk to Chad Campbell, senior vice president or Strategies 360, about the changes accepted by the backers of the Smart and Safe Arizona Act.
