Maricopa County Assessor Paul Petersen to appeal his suspension

Maricopa County Supervisors have voted to allow Maricopa County Assessor Paul Petersen to fight his suspension. Supervisors suspended Petersen for 120 days without pay as he faces charges in several states for running a fraudulent adoption service.
