State lawmakers recently passed a basic budget that includes assistance for those impacted by the coronavirus crisis. But not much else was addressed before the session was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We spoke with Senate President Karen Fann and House Speaker Pro-Tem T.J. Shope.
