A nationwide push to release detainees from immigration holding sites due to coronavirus concerns included a recent “Car-protest” in Eloy. Horizonte’s Jose Cardenas spoke about the effort to release detainees with Laura Bellows, an attorney for the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights project.
