As businesses start to open again, are customers ready to start spending again?

Unlike Walmart, many businesses in Arizona and around the country either closed or cut back operations due to COVID-19 prevention efforts. Most of those businesses are starting to open again, but are customers ready to start spending again? We talked about that with  Sabrina Helm, who teaches retailing and consumer science at the University of Arizona.
