More from this show

Poetry in America is a series that brings all ages into the world of poetry through engaging and lively conversations. Every half-hour episode offers viewers a fully immersive experience in hearing, reading, and interpreting a single American poem.

Hosted by Elisa New, a distinguished professor of practice at ASU, the show features athletes, poets, politicians, musicians, actors and more who interpret, debate and explore the poem.

The new season kicked off in April and features David Axelrod, Amanda Gorman, Bill Kristol, Tracy K. Smith, Martín Espada, Dr. Andrew Weil, John Turturro and more.
