Halo Vista, a 2,300‑acre master‑planned development taking shape in north Phoenix, is positioned to become a center for science and innovation. The site is located beside the expanding Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) campus.
Richard Mack, CEO and Co-Founder of Mack Real Estate, joined “Arizona Horizon” to discuss the large-scale project.
Plans call for housing, hotels and retail, including a Costco, to serve the growing semiconductor corridor. The first year will focus on roads and infrastructure to prepare the land. Construction on homes and shopping areas will follow once that groundwork is complete.
