Early voting began today, and with that came many questions about ballots, like when do individuals receive their ballots or by when do they need to send them? Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap claimed the mailed ballots could even be delayed because of USPS closing at the central facility in Phoenix a year ago. However, the USPS disputes this claim and states that it is not true.
