Former state lawmaker and long-time community activist and political consultant Alfredo Gutierrez is starting a new Web site aimed at Spanish speakers. Tutianguis.com is a community-based web site that will allow users to buy and sell items, air their views in forums, and contact the Mexican Consulate, among other things. Gutierrez joins host José Cárdenas to talk about his latest venture.
