Last week, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) began training state prison personnel to perform some immigration enforcement work to help speed up the deportations of foreign nationals convicted of committing crimes in Arizona. ICE Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of Arizona’s office of investigations, Roberto G. Medina, talks about the training and offers an overview of the agency’s investigative priorities in Arizona.
