The Phoenix City Council has approved funding for a study that will identify and document historic properties associated with city’s Hispanic heritage. The goal is to develop an overview of Hispanic history in Phoenix and identify significant properties. Historic Preservation Officer Barbara Stocklin talks about the survey.
